-Free measurements & estimates

-Moving furniture and equipment both and in and out of the space(s)

-Remove and replace toilets

-Sand bottom of door(s) 

-Rip up and haul away of previous materials

-Strengthen sub-floor before installing new flooring

-Installation of flooring on staircases with spindles and stringers

-No charge for tack strip

-Remove and replace base trim and quarter round

-Use of "turn and tack" tailored look instead of metals (but provide both)

-Vacuum all carpet when installed

-Clean up area after installation is complete

-Expansion joints

-Skim coats

-Self leveling

-Apoxy used in extreme moisture areas (under refrigeration and freezer equipment)
